Lindsay Northam M.D.
Dr. Lindsay Northam always knew she would be a physician—in fact, she knew what she wanted to be as early as her infancy. At the age of two, a family friend gave her a toy doctor set, and it quickly became her most cherished toy. This play set sparked a passion that would guide her for the rest of her life.
Intent on fulfilling her dream of becoming a physician, Dr. Northam completed medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and her residency at Creighton University Medical Center. Today, Dr. Northam is an internal medical doctor at Methodist Physicians Clinic.
Every day, I’m reminded how much I love my job and how much I love caring for people. Every day I know that this is the calling for me. This is exactly where my life is supposed to be.
Dr. Northam is very passionate about patient care. In order to deliver exceptional care for people, she believes it is important to form strong patient relationships. It is her mission to understand her patients’ unique circumstances, and how she can care for them over their entire lives, not just for a single moment. She also believes that all patients should leave her clinic feeling they were truly heard and respected.
In her free time, Dr. Northam loves spending time with family. She frequently attends family reunions, where she has the chance to catch up with siblings and their families. She also loves baking, photography, and is a master miniature golfer.
