Why did you decide to become a physician?

I love the challenge of medicine, I enjoy solving problems and I wanted to serve people.

What are your clinical areas of interest?

My clinical areas of interest are all aspects of general surgery. I perform laparoscopic operations and have been involved with breast cancer care for 20 years. I am also part of the cancer planning team.

What is your philosophy of patient care?

The patient's needs come first. I provide care to the very best of my ability with each patient.

How do you spend your free time? (family, hobbies, interests, volunteer activities, etc.)

I enjoy music and love to watch sports. I also like to work in the garden.
