Angela Osmolak M.D.
General Surgery, Head & Neck Surgery
Dr. Angela Osmolak is a surgeon with the Head and Neck Surgical Oncology Clinic at Methodist Estabrook Cancer Center. She also sees patients at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Cancer Center. She is an expert in ablative and reconstructive surgery.
She earned a bachelor’s in biochemistry from the University of Saint Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She completed her medical training at Creighton University School of Medicine and spent time as a head and neck surgical oncology fellow at the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City.
Dr. Osmolak describes herself as a “people person” and is concerned with her patients’ overall well-being.
“I think that sometimes the best thing you can do is sit down and listen to what they have to say … and really know who they are,” she said. “You address the psychological and emotional aspects because this disease is not just what's affecting them physically. It affects every single aspect of their life.”
In her free time, Dr. Osmolak enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, taking part in outdoor activities, cooking and exploring new food venues. She is a Chicago Cubs fan and was captain of the women’s rowing team in college.
