Why did you decide to become a physician?

The medical field sounded so interesting to me growing up, like detective work while getting to help people at the same time. My entire family is in business, so this was something exciting for us all.

What are your clinical areas of interest?

I enjoy antibiotic stewardship and travel medicine.

What is your philosophy of patient care?

I think of every patient as if they are my loved one. I want to be available to them, explain things so they understand, and do what is in their best interest.

How do you spend your free time? (family, hobbies, interests, volunteer activities, etc.)

Spending time with my family, traveling, tennis, watching movies and trying new restaurants

I love to travel and have been lucky to combine that with being in the medical field with medical trips to Peru, Dominican Republic and India.
